Why does my parking pass not work?

There could be a couple reasons for this:

1. All parking passes have a scan-in and scan-out procedure. If you forget to scan out of the parking lots your card will not work to scan-in because the card itself has not recognized that you have left. Vice versa, if you don't scan into the lot and take a ticket your card will not work to scan out because it does not recognize that you came into the parking lot.

2. Your pass may have expired. If you have recently renewed your membership your parking pass may be slightly delayed to change to your new expiry date. Just check in with Customer Service and we will get working on fixing that immediately. 

3. If 1 and 2 aren't the reason and we test your card and it simply does not work anymore, we are happy to provide a new one to you.
